About The Artist
Angela DeCamp grew up in a standard middle class Indianapolis suburb. She spent most of her childhood sketching pictures of Orlando Bloom in her very private journal.
Angela's art training began with Herron School of Art and Design's Saturday School program. She then went on to receive her Bachelors of Fine Art from Harding University, Cum Laude.
Currently based in Indianapolis, IN, much of her work is inspired by close relationships and peaceful experiences.
The goal of Angela’s artwork is to connect others with the world she experiences, and is unable to articulate in any other way. Her focus is to express a full spectrum of emotions representative of the kooky life she lives, in hopes that others will find a mutual connection in her work.
Angela lives in Indy with her cat (best friend) Athena, and enjoys drinking beers with her hilarious boyfriend, Taylor.
When she’s not in her studio, you might catch her walking the canal when weather is nice, or asking neighborhood children to stop riding bicycles in her yard.
