I'm Not Sorry and My Art is Being Shown

I've been looking at my kindle a lot lately. As a result I've not been making art, nor have I been making much progress on my physical health...although I did sort of give up drinking for a while. Alas! Every time I post an update publicly it usually involves any mixture of the following:

• Excuses
• Guilt
• Apologies

"Golly! I sure am sorry I haven't been painting...even though no one asked me to do this, and it's all on me, and I'm the one who is holding myself to this standard..."

"I apologize for eating that extra cookie. I know you're all are losing sleep over it."
